Training course for introduction of staff of the Crisis Centre was held in Aksakovo in period 4.04.2016-8.04.2016 from "Psihosarviz" LTD. The training had a duration of 40 hours. All members of staff attended in training and received certificates for attendant. The participants received knowledge about policies and practices in the field of social services, basic regulations, institutions and partner organizations involved in providing the service. The training presented specifics, needs and approaches to working with children / persons, victims of trafficking and violence.
Between 9 to 12 May 2016 in Pleven was held introductory training for the manager of the Crisis Center. The manager accompanied by a psychologist and a social worker visited the center "Open Door," where they can gain practical knowledge and effectively monitor the process of providing the service. The manager obtains practical knowledge to perform the position control functions, basic obligations, manner of organization of the center and its management.
