On June 9, 2016 The Crisis Center adopted its first visitor and user of the service. The person turns out to be emotional, psychological and social support. Unit crisis intervention began work on the case and made a plan for action. The person providing 24-hour secure environment, humanitarian aid is provided food and medical care. Crisis Center ensured and additional conditions over basic living standards for continuing education of the person and psychological support.
